Parent Communication
Bonner is now a paperless school so most written communication is emailed or sent via Arbor. Letters which require a parental signature (such as trip permissions) will still be printed out and sent home with children at the end of the day.
Arbor can be accessed vis the Parent Portal of the Arbor App where you can accept and access push notifications from the school.
The portal is used to:
- Send in-app messages about school events
- Keep pupil information up-to-date e.g. contact numbers, change of address, permissions
- Share information, such as current pupil attendance
- Book Parents' Evening appointments

In an effort to communicate with our families more quickly and efficiently, we have introduced Medical Tracker this year. This means that we will be sending electronic information to you if your child receives any first aid during the school day, replacing paper slips from previous years. You will now receive an email from the school informing you of any minor accidents that have happened during the school day.
